As we go through the Legion life cycle we have collected a few tips and tricks to help you stand out from the rest. One word I will use is experiment. Try new things and methods. By doing this you will have fun and create original dishes.
- Make sure when you fire up your Legion Grill, you give the grills time to warm up. They are heavy so will take a few minutes to warm up. But they will retain heat and cook much better when they are allowed to warm up.
- Use the backburner with the rotisserie. This style of cooking is up with the professionals. You will need to experiment with different heat settings. Also it is best to insert your rod and tongs as central as possible into roasts for a balanced cooking result.
- Keep your grill clean and protected. Most stainless steel cleaners will also leave a protecting film which will keep your grill looking nice and shiny for years and years.
- Make sure you keep the sand trap full with either sand or an absorbing agent. Leaving it bare and full of fat is a fire risk.
