Legion Gas
Grills Limited 2 Year Warranty: Centurion IV & V, Legatus VI & VII
Legion Gas Grills warrants the purchaser
of this Legion Gas Grill against defects in workmanship and material, subject
to the following conditions. This warranty does not in any way affect your
rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and is in addition to your
implied legal rights. All claims must first be approved in writing by Legion
Gas Grills.
2 Year Warranty: The following
parts are warranted for two years from date of purchase; stainless steel
exterior components: hood, panelling, doors and cabinet. It also covers the
stainless steel burners, infra-red burner, side burner, grill and cast iron hot
plate.
1 Year Warranty: All other parts
are warranted for one year, including; hose, regulator, handles, knobs,
electronic ignition, cover, casters & wheels, thermostat and gas lines
& valves.
This warranty extends to the original
purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers.
Please keep your original invoice for proof of date of purchase.
The gas grill should be assembled and
operated strictly according to the instructions provided.
The warranty does not include tarnishing or
corrosion of stainless steel panels and/or parts as it is up to the individual
customer to ensure that he/she provides the recommended level of care to ensure
this does not occur. Please see our tips on care and maintenance for further
information. Damage as a result of fat fires is not covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover the optional
rotisserie motor unless it has been received in a non-working condition.
Therefore, please ensure that you test your rotisserie as soon as you receive your
gas grill. Any request for replacement of a faulty rotisserie motor must be
made within 5 days of receipt of your gas grill.
This warranty does not cover damage due
to misuse or abuse, incorrect assembly, improper use or handling, or accidental
damage. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or modified
by unauthorised persons, or if it is used for commercial purposes.
The buyer is responsible for all
transport/postage costs incurred as a result of returning goods for warranty repair,
replacement or refund. Please retain the original packaging as, in the unlikely
event that the gas grill needs to be returned for repair or refund, it will
reduce the likelihood of damage in transit.
Legion Gas Grills will not be held responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property caused by the use or misuse of any barbecues bearing the Legion name.
Delivery
Goods will usually be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of your order
being received. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time
frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. All orders are
sent by freight with a track & trace facility. If your BBQ arrives damaged
please notify us immediately so we can organise a claim.
Payment
No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your
order.
Warnings
Please ensure you read the warnings, operation instructions, care instructions
on receipt of your BBQ. Legion Gas Grills cannot accept responsibility for
damages if the instructions were not followed.
